Refund & Shipping Policy

At Vesica Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and wellness products. Please review our policy below regarding refunds, returns, and shipping.

1. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements: All sales are final. We cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility.

Refunds are only issued if:

-The product arrives damaged

-The product is defective

-The wrong product was shipped

If one of these situations applies, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.

Approved claims will be replaced with the correct product at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Subscription Orders (if applicable)

Subscription charges are automatically billed at the chosen interval.

You may cancel upcoming subscription orders at any time through your account or by contacting us at least 5 business days before the next billing date.

Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders that have already been processed.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (and select international regions—availability shown at checkout).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Vesica Wellness LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather events or supply chain disruptions).

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Vesica Wellness is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
