What began as a personal search for better-fit formulas became a commitment to help other families ask better questions about what they take.
Our story
A question became a calling.
Why can the same supplement feel helpful for one person and completely wrong for another?
We looked deeper into nutrient pathways.
We began learning about methylation, common variants such as MTHFR and COMT, and the meaningful differences among methylated, folinic, adenosyl, hydroxy, and other nutrient forms.
We saw a gap in the supplement market.
Too many products treated one active form as universally superior, while labels and marketing often gave customers little help understanding why a form was chosen—or who might prefer a gentler option.
We created Vesica Wellness.
Our goal became simple: offer carefully selected formulas, explain nutrient forms clearly, and respect individual biology without turning genetics into a diagnosis or a promise.
